We had the pleasure of participating in the workshop "Food, Environment and Health: an open challenge for a better future" organized by the renowned Accademia Peloritana dei Pericolanti at the University of Messina.
During the event, our CEO, Jacopo Troisi, was invited to give a presentation titled "Metabolomics as a Tool for enhancing food, environmental and human health connections", delving into the crucial links between nutrition, the environment, and human health.
